But first, let’s start with how every good story should. At the very beginning.

The Costa Coffee story began back in 1971 when Sergio and Bruno arrived in London with a burning desire to make great tasting coffee a part of everyday life.

Setting up a small roastery in Fenchurch Street, they committed to crafting the finest quality coffee.

It was here the Costa brothers blind-tested 112 variations of coffee before they tasted one good enough to be our signature blend. They named it ‘Mocha Italia’ and it remains our signature blend to this day.

Our iconic Signature Blend is the perfect combination and balance of delicate Arabica and strong Robusta beans, precisely slow roasted for a minimum of 18 minutes to ensure the beans keep their hearty flavour, rich aroma, and smooth taste.

The Highbrow Skin and Laser Clinic offers the latest medical grade laser technologies alongside the industry’s leading skin treatments; proven to give the best results for skin rejuvenation, permanent hair removal, tattoo removal, pigmentation, and vascular elimination.

The clinic offers treatments including those specifically tailored to treat acne, psoriasis, eczema and burns. A new state-of-the-art LED system is also available which can speed up healing of wounds, stretch marks and relieve muscular issues.

Copper Street Brewery was established, in 2018 on the original brewery site, bringing back the tradition of brewing great ales to the town. Like the original brewers, we recognise the perfect location next to the main line train station. We also have the additional advantage of being right in the heart of vibrant Brewery Square with its prestigious shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Our on-site bottle shop, stocks our full range of ales, as well as carefully selected beers from around the country. The theme of our ales pays tribute to the Saxon heritage of our beautiful location. We are particularly proud of our signature ale 871, now in its 6th year of production, which we are sure you will agree is the start of something GREAT! The Brewery is open to the public so next time you’re in the area come and visit us.

The Copper Street Brewery host a Tap-Room where you can sit and drink some of the ales brewed on site, along with a selection of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

We are passionate about brewing high quality ales, incorporating an exciting mix of traditional and modern styles! Our roots go back to the days of brewing the legendary 871 ale from our garage in the shadow of King Alfred’s tower. Seven years later, we are now producing over 11 beers from our centrally located brewery, shop and tap-room in Brewery Square, Dorchester.
