Even with these measures in place to make our space a play haven, occasionally children will
become overwhelmed, this is when you can take advantage of the purpose-built sensory room
featuring mirrors, projectors, ambient sound, a bubble tube and fibre optics.

Parents/guardians and children can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, child friendly snacks and
delicious sweet treats handcrafted by our friend Holly, ex Head of Pastry for Rick Stein! Coffee grounds will be donated to local care homes around Dorset to use as fertiliser, and boxes will
be repurposed and redistributed to local small businesses.

Due to our strict safeguarding procedures, adults must be accompanied by a child/children.

With over 1300 coffee shops across the UK and more than 1000 internationally, Costa is a global success story with a growing network of retail sites. In addition to our Costa-owned shops, we also operate both corporate and individual franchises: Corporate, Individual, International Franchising.

London, born and blended since 1971

We’ve 50 years’ experience of crafting the finest quality coffee. From revolutionary methods and commitment to quality to unforgettable successes that have made Costa Coffee the Nation’s Favourite* coffee shop, our story is as unique as our coffee.

But first, let’s start with how every good story should. At the very beginning.

The Costa Coffee story began back in 1971 when Sergio and Bruno arrived in London with a burning desire to make great tasting coffee a part of everyday life.

Setting up a small roastery in Fenchurch Street, they committed to crafting the finest quality coffee.

It was here the Costa brothers blind-tested 112 variations of coffee before they tasted one good enough to be our signature blend. They named it ‘Mocha Italia’ and it remains our signature blend to this day.

Our Signature Blend

Our iconic Signature Blend is the perfect combination and balance of delicate Arabica and strong Robusta beans, precisely slow roasted for a minimum of 18 minutes to ensure the beans keep their hearty flavour, rich aroma, and smooth taste.

Since then we’ve grown from strength to strength, fought off hoards of copycats, miaow, and become a High Street favourite up and down the land.

We’re proud, naturally, to have given the world some of the best desserts known to man – but we’re even more proud of our commitment to diversity. People matter more to us than anything else (even ice-cream) and we open our arms to everyone both as customers and in our cafe teams.

We want every visit to Creams to be an indulgent adventure for the senses and we see our desserts as ‘every day celebrations’. Once you’ve experienced Creams desserts we reckon you’ll be looking to celebrate something – anything! – every day.
