MUTT Everything Dog was established in 2025 by two dog lovers. The concept was inspired over 20 years ago after visiting a shop just for dogs in the USA. We wanted to make a business where the primary customer has four paws and a waggy tail!

With a dog of our own, the concept developed as we realised our own pup struggled making friends. We wanted to create a safe and supportive environment of play and enrichment that’s just a little bit different – a place where dogs and their humans can relax and socialise, and strengthen their bond with each other.

Here at MUTT, the dog comes first, but with no opposable thumbs or the ability to talk, we rely on their guardians to know what’s best for them.

DOG CAFE & BAKERY

At MUTT we offer a small cafe area for dogs and humans to relax and have a break. We offer a dog & human menu of drinks and baked goods. Why not treat your pooch to a dog-friendly coffee and biscuit? With a human – friendly version for yourself too!

DOG SOFT-PLAY

We have two soft-play areas available for private hire, our Large Soft-Play is designed for all dogs over 6 months & our Small Soft-Play is designed for puppies, nervous or elderly dogs whilst also supporting extra training in an area that may feel overwhelming to your dog at first.

Nikki’s Little Play Café

Nikki’s Little Play Café is a consciously created space to ensure stimulation but not overstimulation.
The selection of an engaging but muted calm colours for the soft play, our facilities are fully
accessible, all designed and created with children in mind who may find larger spaces, noises and
interactions with others difficult.

Even with these measures in place to make our space a play haven, occasionally children will
become overwhelmed, this is when you can take advantage of the purpose-built sensory room
featuring mirrors, projectors, ambient sound, a bubble tube and fibre optics.

Parents/guardians and children can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, child friendly snacks and
delicious sweet treats handcrafted by our friend Holly, ex Head of Pastry for Rick Stein! Coffee grounds will be donated to local care homes around Dorset to use as fertiliser, and boxes will
be repurposed and redistributed to local small businesses.

Due to our strict safeguarding procedures, adults must be accompanied by a child/children.

The Great Big Escape

Dorchester’s first-ever Escape Rooms, The Great Big Escape, is now open!

Diversifying Dorchester’s nightlife, The Great Big Escape gives visitors something else to do before or after dining out or visiting the Odeon Cinema at Brewery Square.

The Great Big Escape is a puzzle game for groups that sees them searching for clues and their answers to make their way out of the room.
Locked in one of two themed rooms, participants have just 60 minutes to solve the clues and make their Great Big Escape!
