Prepare for an out of this world experience in Brewery Square during the Dorchester Science Festival 2024, where imagination takes flight and curiosity knows no bounds!

Journey into Space is an educational workshop designed to fuel the minds of young explorers and families.

During the workshop, attendees will dive into the mechanics of rockets and discover how these machines defy gravity to reach the stars. Exploring the spacesuit, life support systems and unravel the mysteries of space.

The journey will be filled with an engaging blend of education and entertainment. Through a series of interactive demonstrations and thought-provoking discussions, participants will uncover the challenges of space travel, from toilet conundrums to cosmic oddities waiting to be discovered.

The event will take place in Hendover Cafe, and restricted to the first 40 people.

Participants are encouraged to wear spacesuits and join us for an cosmic adventure on 16th March at 11am.
