Zizzi at Brewery Square
Situated within the beautiful old Dorchester Brewery site, Zizzi’s new home boasts a large terrace that overlooks the Brewery square – which is beautiful on sunny days. Inside, the restaurant makes the most of the old brewery’s architecture with exposed brickwork and large arched factory windows, whilst the design is inspired by Dorchester being part of the ‘Jurassic Coast’. Our open-plan kitchen is situated in the centre of the building, so every table can view our chefs hard at work and cooking up a storm for all to enjoy!
Our Italian restaurant serves tasty, authentic dishes from pizza, pasta and risotto to salads and indulgent desserts – all in a uniquely designed restaurant. Our Italian menu also includes Vegan and Vegetarian options. We are open Monday – Sunday for lunch and dinner. …is bursting with exciting Zizzi dishes, from Rustica Pizzas and mouth-watering Pasta, to adventurous salads and indulgent desserts. We do things a bit differently here…By doing it the Zizzi way, we always add a little twist to the classics to keep the Great Times rolling.
Why not try our take on a Carbonara, topped with a chorizo crumb to spice things up. Ingredients like vegan jackfruit, ‘Nduja sausage and wild boar meatballs (to name only a few), let your inner foodie to shine.

I have a food allergy, can you cater for me?
As a company we recognise the importance of the safe management of allergens and the serious effect they can have on certain individuals. We therefore go above and beyond what is legally required and have clear and transparent policies in place to deal with handling allergens, as well as a strict auditing process to ensure that these policies are fully complied with in all of our restaurants.
Our full menu clearly signposts people who suffer from allergies to our allergen specific menu. Every restaurant team is fully trained and has printed detailed allergen menus. This information is also published online here so customers can make an informed decision before they dine with us.
